"Just fried my steak. Surprisingly it was well seasoned. No need to add any salt or seasoning. It’s a little salty. The entire and flavor is very good. The size mimics a filet mignon. It would feel n look more authentic if it was a little larger. Overall I would purchase it again. I would give it a five is less sodium ( cut it in half) and a little larger."

"Beyond Steak Filet came surprisingly close in terms of texture and bite, I was very pleased. Before I discuss flavor, let me mention that although Beyond Ground does not precisely mimic the taste of ground beef, I actually prefer it to ground beef. I tried the filet twice--the first time I thought it reminded me of liver, the second it was merely bland. You need to do a bit more work on flavor, at which point my partner and I will buy it as enthusiastically as we do Beyond Ground!"

"These are easy to make, texture is spot on, and taste fabulous. They should be kept in the skillet longer than 5 minutes on each side to get a medium well finish. They are delicious with steamed broccoli or any side vegetable. I am so thrilled that I can eat steak again!"
