WHERE DO YOU SHIP AND WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
We can ship to the 48 contiguous United States, plus Washington D.C. We are currently unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or anywhere else outside of the United States. Most packages will ship Monday - Wednesday, and be sent via 3-day shipping (actual delivery times and carrier may vary). Orders placed close to the weekend will often be held until Monday to ship. We currently do not ship to any PO Boxes.
DO YOU SHIP ORDERS EVERY DAY?

DO I HAVE TO SIGN FOR THE DELIVERY?
No, you do not need to sign for the delivery.
IF I ORDER MULTIPLE KITS, HOW AND WHEN WILL THEY ARRIVE?
Orders with multiple kits are packed in separate boxes and should arrive within the same week.
I AM NOT RECEIVING EMAILS ABOUT MY ORDER. WHO DO I CONTACT?
Emails may be going to your spam folder. Please check your spam folder, and if you still do not see any emails, please contact us at ethanandteam@beyondmeat.com
I WON'T BE HOME FOR DELIVERY. HOW LONG CAN THE BOX STAY OUTSIDE?
We recommend that you bring the box inside, inspect the product and if it still frozen, you can place the product in your freezer within the same day that it arrives. If you need to reschedule your delivery, please reach out to ethanandteam@beyondmeat.com and we will do our best to reschedule your delivery.
MY ORDER WAS DELAYED. IS IT STILL SAFE TO CONSUME?
If the product is still frozen, it is safe to consume, and you can store it in your freezer. If any product in your order thawed during transit, please reach out to ethanandteam@beyondmeat.com for assistance.
I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Should you have an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing us at ethanandteam@beyondmeat.com with pictures and a description of the concern. If you received any damaged products, or if there is an issue with the quality of our product, please email us with pictures and a description of the concern, along with the lot code and best by date printed on the package.
HOW CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for our products because food safety laws prevent us from receiving temperature controlled food, like our products, that has already been distributed. Please contact us at ethanandteam@beyondmeat.com if you have questions or concerns about your order.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please email ethanandteam@beyondmeat.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to cancel your order before it is processed and shipped. We work to process and fulfill orders as quickly as possible, so we are unable to guarantee cancellations.
HOW CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
At this time, we cannot process product changes to your order. If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us immediately at ethanandteam@beyondmeat.com. Due to processing time, changes are not guaranteed.
IS YOUR PACKAGING RECYCLABLE?
Yes, the shipping box and insulation are curbside recyclable. Recycling guidelines do vary by location, so please check individual packaging and local guidelines for more information.
WHAT DO YOU USE TO KEEP THE PRODUCT FROZEN?
We use dry ice which is contained inside a bag which is then placed inside its own designated box. Dry ice is a safe, common cooling material for shipping frozen items. When handling and disposing of dry ice, the outer packaging of the dry ice bag itself is safe to touch, but do not directly touch the dry ice inside the bag with bare hands. See the instructions printed on the bag or box for safe handling instructions.
HOW DO I DISPOSE OF THE DRY ICE?
After removing the product from the shipping carton, place the box with the bag of dry ice back in the shipping carton and let it evaporate in the carton with the lid lightly closed. We recommend that you put it in an open area, ideally in an area outside and away from the reach of children and pets. Never touch the dry ice directly or put it in a sink, toilet, garbage, unventilated room, on top of tile or a laminate countertop, or in a glass or air-tight container.
HOW DO I STORE THE PRODUCT?
Please keep the product frozen until you're ready to use it. For best results, thaw it overnight in the refrigerator before cooking. Thawing and cooking instructions for your products can be found on the product packaging. If you no longer have the packaging, please reach out to ethanandteam@beyondmeat.com for instructions or you can find cooking instructions on beyondmeat.com/products.
CAN I PURCHASE GIFT CARDS?
We currently do not offer gift cards.
